Scalebound developer Hideki Kamiya from Platinum Games is known to block people on Twitter for asking certain questions but this time things seem to have erruped after Kamiya got asked some questions about the original version of Resident Evil 4 that was eventually turned into the first Devil May Cry. MMGN writes, Towards the end of Revelations 2s second episode, Contemplation, I was struck with a revelation (pun firmly intended); Resident Evil is in dire need of a reboot. The nail-bitting end to Contemplation proves Resident Evil needs a fresh start. The plot twist assumes the player has prior knowledge of the series, and therefore the impact should carry a certain weight. But it's ridiculous a series held in such high regard continues to lean on the past, and old friends, to carry it forward while leaving those unfamiliar out in the cold

IGN: With its furious pace, tough boss battles and punishing lack of supplies, Resident Evil Revelations 2: Episode 2 makes the first episode feel leisurely in comparison.
